Loan Periods
DVD and Blu-Ray movies have a loan period of 7 days; patrons are limited to checking out only four movies at a time. Automatic renewal (3) as long as items are not on hold for another patron. Please view your online account and/or email for notices regarding renewals, due dates and requests to return items if overdue.
Reference items must be viewed in-house.
All other materials have a loan period of 21 days. Automatic renewal (3) as long as items are not on hold for another patron. Please view your online account and/or email for notices regarding renewals, due dates and requests to return items if overdue.
Fines
Perry Cook Memorial Public Library is fine-free -- you will not be charged late fees for overdue Perry Cook Memorial Library materials.
Lost or damaged items will still result in replacement or repair costs.
Severely damaged items will incur a replacement cost.
Any item that is kept for 45 days past its final due date will be marked lost. The account will automatically be assessed the replacement cost of the item. If lost items are returned in proper condition, the replacement costs will be removed from the account.
If your account has a balance of $10.00 or more, the account will be blocked from further checkouts until the balance is paid.
