Perry Cook offers four Early Learning Programs for children. Programs include First Steps, Tinker Tots, Little Learners, and A2Z.
Programming for the 2020-2021 year is scheduled to begin the week of October 5, pushed back from the original start date of September 14.

The Perry Cook Memorial Public Library (PCML) serves the Northmor School District, which includes part of Richland County. Due to rising number of COVID-19 cases in our community, PCML will revert to curbside only service effective Monday, December 7, 2020. Public access to the building will not be available.
