Regular Monthly Meeting

• Call to Order: Mary Roush at 7:03 pm. Roll call was taken and present were Mary Roush, president; Annie Fraizer, secretary; Paul Sipes, Michelle Fidler, and Travis Dean board members; Nicole Meyer, fiscal officer; and Jennifer Gliebe, director. Absent: Julie Rhea and Mary Jobe. Annie Fraizer, secretary, was late and arrived at 7:08 pm.
• Minutes of the regular June 13, 2023 meeting were reviewed. Travis D motioned to approve, Paul S seconded.
• Director's Report was reviewed. Director was asked if she had made progress looking for upcoming retiree's replacement. Jen G said she will work on that. Mary R proposed getting something for Brian Scott for all the work he's been doing. Summer reading program reviewed. Tanya B. has been busy with expanded outreach/mobile services.

• Part of the Finance Committee, Paul and Mary J, met with Nicole to go over the tax budget for 2024. Changes were made to insurance to account for the change to cyber security. This tax budget will be sent to the county. Paul made a motion to approve the fiscal officer report and Travis seconded.

  After review, a motion to approve the financial report and pay the bills for reconciliation was proposed by Travis D and seconded by Michelle F. Motion passed.

• New Business:

  Personnel: Motion for executive session to discuss personnel was made by Paul at 7:16 pm. All voted to go into executive session. Motion to come out of executive session was made by Travis at 7:25 pm. All voted to come out of executive session.

  Community Room Policy: Motion made for executive session to discuss board policy at 7:26 pm by Michelle. All voted to go into executive session. Motion to come out Paul at 7:32 pm. All voted to come out.

• Motion to accept small donations of $20.05 made by Michelle and seconded by Paul.
• Adjourn motion at 7:36 pm by Paul and seconded by Michelle.
