Special Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:10 by Board president Mary Roush. Roll call. Present: Mary Jobe, vice president, Julie Rhea, Michelle Fidler and Travis Dean, board members, and Jennifer Gliebe, director. Absent: Paul Sipes and Anna Fraizer, secretary.

Mary Jobe made a motion to move into executive session to discuss property at 7:12 p.m. Julie Rhea seconded. Roll call. All present voted to go into executive session, Mary Jobe, Julie Rhea, Michelle Fidler, Travis Dean, and Jennifer Gliebe.

Mary Jobe made a motion to come out of executive session at 7:25 p.m. Julie Rhea seconded. Roll call. All present voted to come out of executive session, Mary Jobe, Julie Rhea, Michelle Fidler, Travis Dean, and Jennifer Gliebe.

Julie Rhea made a motion for the Board to approve the hiring of DirtWorks Excavating for the demolition of the buildings located at 7386 Co. Rd. 242. Travis Dean seconded. Motion passed.

Julie Rhea made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Michelle Fidler seconded the motion. Meeting adjourned at 7:28 p.m.
