Board of Trustees Meeting

June 30, 2025

Special Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 6:50 pm. Those in attendance were as follows: Mary Roush, Annie Fraizer, Julie Rhea, Paul Sipes, Travis Dean, and Nicole Myers. Mary R motioned to go into executive session to discuss personnel, Michelle seconded. All present agreed to go into executive session.

At 7:15 pm, Mary R motioned to come out of executive session, Paul seconded. The majority of those presented voted to extend an offer for the director position to Jennifer Carrick at a pay rate of $55,000 a year pending reference check and a background check.

Jen Gliebe will be paid an hourly rate of $25 as needed until the new director is able to start the position.

Mary R motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 pm, Julie seconded.
