Perry Cook has received a new supply of Covid test kits.

Covid tests are distributed through curbside service ONLY.

Please stay outside when picking up tests. Ring the doorbell for service or call the library from the parking lot and a staff member will bring tests out to you.

It is best to call first and ensure tests are available for pick-up, 419-362-7181.

In order to distribute tests to the greatest number of people in the community and in accordance with ODH guidelines, we reserve the right to limit the number of tests per person and per family.
